Really nice! And seriously, I love the way you paint hair :3
Some things I'd consider:
Make gradients in the general shading of the hair, especially in order to make it darker around the face.
Same with the skin, just to give strong shading around areas where it would be, such as the top of the shoulder, etc.
finally, the middle line of the mouth should be dark, not light.
